About Us

Motortradeparts is a reputable family-owned business based in the North West of the UK, providing all kinds of car-related consumable products. Aiming to provide excellent customer satisfaction in everything we do - from our service, all the way down to the quality of our products. Our team of specialists are on hand to help you with any car-related items you may need. We have a broad catalogue of stock available for whatever your needs. We supply everything in large, small or bulk quantities to new and used dealerships. We offer Free Postage using Royal Mail Tracked 48 on all our Products.

Delivery

We offer FREE UK Mainland delivery on all orders to England, Wales & most areas of Scotland.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all of our orders the same day if purchased before 10am. (Stocked items only). All orders placed after that time will then be dispatched the next working day. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday (Tuesday Bank Holidays).

Returns and Refunds

Cancellations

If you have purchased something and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately before the order is packed and dispatched. Once an order has been packed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Returns

We accept returns of unwanted/incorrectly purchased goods providing they are returned to us in new/unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for the return of the item and we suggest a recorded delivery method for proof of return. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Return postage costs are at the buyers expense, we will then refund excluding our original shipping costs when the item is returned to us. Any items that are returned damaged, missing items or not in resellable condition will not be refunded, photographic evidence will be given.

Damage

If in the unfortunate event that an item is damaged upon arrival or is not what was purchased, please send an image and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then be able to offer the best solution, an exchange will be arranged or new replacement will be sent to you.
